Due to the nature of our small business model, all items and purchases made on NeanOe.com are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We sincerely appreciate your support and are here to assist you with any questions or concerns.

While we cannot accept returns or exchanges on purchased items, please be assured that we take great care in delivering high-quality products that are thoroughly inspected before shipment to minimize any issues.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please reach out to support@neanoe.com to file a claim within 24 hours of delivery.

Please be prepared to provide a photo of the damaged merchandise in its original packaging as well as a photo of the shipping label and have your order # handy. Nean & Oe cannot guarantee replacements or refunds on damaged merchandise after 24 hours of receipt.

Claims will be responded to within 3-5 business days.

CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please understand our fulfillment team is working hard to turn around shipments within 2 business days.

This expedited timeline makes it difficult for modifications once an order is confirmed. If you have questions regarding our cancellation policy, please reach out to support@neanoe.com.

SHIPPING:

All in stock items will be processed to ship within 3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive your package within another 3-7 business days.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

All orders will ship UPS Ground.

At this time we do not offer expedited/overnight/2nd day shipping on your order as a standard option. If a specific delivery date is needed, please reach out to support@neanoe.com immediately with your order number & requested date and we will be happy to expedite, if possible. Your order will ship once the invoice for the additional shipping charge is paid.

Currently, Nean & Oe ships to U.S. addresses only. Please continue to check back for the availability of International Shipping.
